If you wish to exchange or return a product purchased on our website, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. It is important to note that we do not exchange parts from the Outlet section and do not accept products that have been used.

After receiving the returned product, our team will carry out a thorough analysis to verify that it is in perfect condition, with no signs of use or damage. If any signs of use, damage or violation of the original packaging are identified, an exchange or refund will not be possible.
Available Options:
We offer two options for exchanges:
- Exchange by model: If you wish to exchange the product for another model available on our website, you can choose an option of equal or greater value. If the value of the new model is higher, you will need to pay the difference. If it is lower, we will refund the difference within 30 days after confirming the exchange.
- Refund or credit for future purchase: If you prefer, you can request a refund of the value of the returned product, which will be carried out according to the payment method used in the original purchase. If you prefer, we can provide a credit for a future purchase on our website, valid for 90 days. This option gives you the flexibility to choose another product later.
