HOW TO BUY
Follow the steps to place an order on our website:
- Step 1: Website navigation
Explore the categories and products on our website to find the items you want. Use the filter and search options to facilitate your search.
- Step 2: Add to cart
When you find a product you want to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button. You can continue browsing and adding more products to your cart.
- Step 3: Cart review
Once you are satisfied with your product selection, click the cart icon to access the cart review page. Check items, quantities and prices. At this stage, you can also remove or adjust the number of items in the cart.
- Step 4: Checkout
After reviewing your cart, click the "Checkout" button to proceed with the payment process. You will be redirected to the checkout page.
- Step 5: Customer Information
Fill in the necessary information, such as name, delivery address and contact details. Please ensure you provide accurate information to ensure successful delivery.
- Step 6: Payment method
Choose the desired payment method. We offer options such as credit cards via PagSeguro and PIX. If you choose to pay via PIX, remember to send the receipt to the email: contato@chicloja.com.br or via our WhatsApp (31)98578-0209 within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Step 7: Order confirmation
After completing the order, you will be redirected to the "Order Confirmed" screen. On this screen, order information will be displayed, including the delivery method, payment method and a summary of the items purchased.
- Step 8: Receiving information
All your order information will be sent to the email registered at the time of purchase. Check your inbox to receive order details, including order number and purchase confirmation.
If there is a problem with payment via PIX, it is important to send proof of payment by email: contato@chicloja.com.br or via our WhatsApp within 24 hours after placing the order. Otherwise, the order may be canceled and the product will be returned to stock.
